WOD FR OLYMPIC LIFTING WEEK 1, DAY 3

Today is unloading day. Massage of the leg muscles before (unload the muscles as well) and icing them after. No pulls today!!!!!!!

 

1.- Snatch 70%x3 75%(2×3) 80%x3 83%x3 15 reps
2.- C & J 65%x3 70%x3 75%(2×3) 80%x3 15 reps
3.- Front Squat 65%x5 70%(2×4) 80%(2×4) 24 reps
