Day 2 1.- Snatch 65%x3 70%x3 75%x3 80%x3 85%x3 90%x2 17 reps
2.- C & J 65%x3 70%x3 75%x3 80%x3 85%x3 90%x2 17 reps
3.- Front Squat 70%(2×4) 75%(2×4) 80%x4 85%(2×3) 26 reps
4.- Snatch Pull 85%(2×3) 90%(2×3) 12 reps
5.- Ab work

    A- WU- 5 Minutes of Rowing @ 50-80% RPE
    B- Snatch- WU 3@95 + WS- 3@115=65/125=70/135=75/145=80/150=85 + 2@165=90%
    C- Clean&Jerk- 3@135=65/145=70/155=75/165=80/175=85 + 1@185+1Fail@90%
    D- Front Squat- 4/4@185=70/195=75 + 4@210=85% (skipped the rest cause everything felt like shit, probably due to the fact I had taken so much time off :(
    E- Snatch Pull- 3/3@155=85/160=90%
    (First time working out on my sexy new Eleiko Bars/Kilograms are hard as fuck to convert when your not used to it!)
