    A- WU- Half Tabata- Row= 89M/93M/94M/96M + 3 Minutes Movement Prep
    B- Snatch- WU- 5@20/3@40 + WS- 3@52 + 3/3@56 + 3@60/64 + 2@68/72 + 1@76 + F/F + 1@76kg=95%
    C- Clean and Jerk- WS- 3@63 + 3/3@68 + 3@73 + 2@78/83/88 + 1@92 + 3F@94kg=97% (hit the clean each time could not finish the jerk once)
    D- Squat- WU- 5@45/135 + WS- 4@175/185/195 3@217/232/248 + 2@263 + 1@280/295/+ 1F@310lb=100%
    E- Snatch Pull- 3/3@68/72kg
    Honestly I was expecting way more and I have to admit Im really disappointed. I almost feel like I have waisted the last 6 weeks:(
    Im going to stick with it 3 more weeks and see what happens if I don’t improve I will have to try something different.
